Hi! I’m Paul Phillips, a sales and leasing consultant who is ready to help you find your dream car! I am dedicated to providing the best experience to my customers, ensuring they have the information they need to make a smart purchase. Known amongst my colleagues and friends for asking questions and helping out when I can. I am a hardworking person who can talk to anyone. I grew up in Richmond, KY, and attended Madison Central High School and the University of Kentucky. I am currently learning to play the bass guitar, and I enjoy learning about music theory. Playing golf is another hobby of mine. I love to go to the Titan’s games with my father: he is a disabled Marine, and I am his biggest fan! Love spending time with my wife, who also sold cars here at Serra. She is a great southern cook and also battling MS. She is a real fighter, and she has a great support system, which includes our amazing children. My family also enjoys traveling and taking new adventures. Paul knows all the details on why I'm rating him this low. Worst dealership experience I've ever had. Started off good before I picked up the car. He even picked me up at the airport when I flew into Nashville, which was very nice. But the car wasn't detailed, didn't have the "new car smell", it had paint damage issues, wasn't fully ready for pickup (had to mount the included front license plate holder, etc.). Then all the follow on issues with registration, title, tag stuff in Virginia - the registration person sent it to the wrong place - and wouldn't admit she was wrong. Again, not just one thing went wrong - its a laundry list of issues and concerns. I'm still trying to fix the damaged paint issue on the car - have a warranty claim in with Chevrolet - that I put in through my local dealership, since I don't want to deal with Serra Chevrolet again.
