Hi! I’m Paul Phillips, a sales and leasing consultant who is ready to help you find your dream car! I am dedicated to providing the best experience to my customers, ensuring they have the information they need to make a smart purchase. Known amongst my colleagues and friends for asking questions and helping out when I can. I am a hardworking person who can talk to anyone. I grew up in Richmond, KY, and attended Madison Central High School and the University of Kentucky. I am currently learning to play the bass guitar, and I enjoy learning about music theory. Playing golf is another hobby of mine. I love to go to the Titan’s games with my father: he is a disabled Marine, and I am his biggest fan! Love spending time with my wife, who also sold cars here at Serra. She is a great southern cook and also battling MS. She is a real fighter, and she has a great support system, which includes our amazing children. My family also enjoys traveling and taking new adventures. I had spoken to Paul a few other times when I was there for service on my other GMC. He was still helpful and friendly even though there was no sale to be made but had no problem answering any of my ramdon questions. When I was finally ready to buy but unsure what I wanted he helped answer questions, we went for test drives. He responded to my texts and emails very timely. Thank you Paul.

Paul provided top-notch customer service. After a recent storm in Nashville, a tree fell on my car and totaled it, so I unexpectedly needed a new vehicle. Paul waited at the dealership for me on a Saturday and even stayed after hours to help me get everything taken care of. The process was smooth and professional, and I love my Canyon. Really appreciate him going the extra mile.

This was my 3rd vehicle from Paul. Paul is a great salesman. He goes out of his way to listen and never oversell. This means a lot for buyers! I told him i was going to go shop around and he allowed me to. I only wished Serra would have provided me (4x buyer) their best price first. Instead it took me shopping around and for me to provide documentation of a better deal at another dealership.
