Sales side fine, I noticed a broken cover for a rear compartment tiedown ring. Mike said it was fine and it wasn't, it doesn't hold, it's broken. I was promised a replacement and it never showed at the shop or house. I also mentioned that the dash cluster was difficult to see, after a 4500 mile trip to SEMA Las Vegas, I had enough. There is no way to adjust the brightness and many Acadia owners are waiting for a fix. I called our local GMC dealer and GMC support, they acted like it was not a concern. I lost 8K dollars to get rid of it, I traded the Acadia for a 2026 High Country Silverado. I don't expect a reply. A mans word is everything to me, I was promised the broken piece would be sent to me and that the cluster would brighten with a simple adjustment. My fault I should have checked it out much more carefully.

It was fine on the day of sale, but I was a repeat customer and it was a very easy sale because I knew what I wanted. Since the purchase, I have been having issues with the bluetooth and entertainment system and Mike won't return a call. I've been trying to get this fixed, but I need an appointment and I need something to drive while it is being fixed. I bought a brand new truck and this is ridiculous
