Born and raised in Donelson, TN. I have over thirteen years experience in the auto industry with the last nine years here at Serra Nashville. As a 9 year GM Certified top performer, my goal is to exceed my customers' expectations by giving 110% to every guest - every time. I'm the proud father of three girls. Fluent in Spanish.

Excellent! Mark made me feel at ease and I felt I could trust him very much. Informative, professional, not pushy or intimidating, and he got me exactly what I asked for. He goes against the grain of the stereotype of a car salesman (cheesy, lying, and out to screw you). I have nothing but positive things to say about Mark. That was my first positive experience in 40 years dealing with a dealership. You have a star on your team...hang on to him! He makes your company look really good. I will continue to purchase my automobiles from him. He actually cares about his customer. Can't find that anymore. I truly felt he gave me a great deal and was very easy to deal with. I like him! This was not our first experience with Mark Musgrove, in fact I purchased a 2025 Silverado last year and he helped our daughter purchase her GMC Terrain a few months ago.
