Hi, I’m Kristen! I’ve been a Service Advisor for over seven years and recently joined the Serra team. With a strong background in customer service excellence, I take pride in helping customers care for their vehicles with confidence and ease. Organization and product knowledge are two of my strongest assets — I believe staying prepared and informed allows me to better serve my customers and keep their vehicles in top shape. Above all, I strive to treat every customer like family and build long-term relationships based on trust and respect. Outside of work, I enjoy bowfishing, shooting, going to drag races, and spending time with my family. I’m excited to be part of the Serra team and look forward to meeting new customers and building lasting relationships here.
