I started working in the auto industry six years ago and became a part of the Serra family in March 2021. One of my strong skills is being a great communicator. My customers and co-workers know me as a likable guy who is easy-going and always looking for ways to assist others. The best feeling is helping guests find a reliable car, truck, or SUV, especially when they didn’t think it was possible. Customers can count on me to go that extra mile to get the job done right while providing a quality experience. My interests outside of work include golf, fishing, and basketball. He took the time to answer my needs the first one to speak to me and then follow up. I don’t like going to car dealers, but he made the experience good.
