I'm from Tiptonville and went to the University of Tennessee at Martin. I'm a fan of the Dallas Cowboys. As a repeat winner of the Salesman of the Month award, I'm confident in saying that I'm a people person. I've never met a stranger and I enjoy meeting new friends! Jewel was very helpful throughout the process. I had been communicating with him by text and email discussing what I was looking at. We had made a plan for me to come by the dealership to look at the truck but I got there before he was supposed to be so he rearranged his schedule and I have a new truck. Can’t ask for a better experience for me.

After my experience with Jewel, I am convinced he is out to make a lot of money at the expense of costumer service. Not once did he shake my hand or tell me thank you for purchasing a very expensive vehicle from Serra. If I ever buy a vehicle from Serra again, I will request another salesman. I definitely got major “used car salesman” vibes from Jewel.
