About Ed
I’m a 42-yr GM and ASE Master Certified technician, serving over 32 of those years right here at this location, moving to service management here in 2009. I’ve also been serving my community in the Reserve Unit for Hendersonville PD for the last 32 years, now at the rank of Lieutenant. During my tenure as a technician I won numerous awards, including a #1 national ranking in the area of drivability and engine performance diagnosis and repair. I have a deep passion for cars, including building and racing drag cars. My goal in this industry is to do exactly what my dad did throughout his extensive GM management career years ago in Louisville, KY --- treat people well, always do the right thing, then do just a bit more, which is exactly what we do here at Serra. People may not remember your name or exactly what you said, but they’ll always remember how you made them feel and we want all our guests to feel welcome, appreciated, and like family. That’s what’s driven us not only to be a premier dealership in Middle Tennessee, but to also be one of the most respected service departments and dealerships in the industry.
